all ready for halloween!

i debated whether to buy kate a fancy halloween costume with a fancy price tag, or to just make her one. i opted for the latter. i found some orange material for a $1 at walmart and spent another $2 for ribbons, felt, and such. and this is what i came up with: a jack-o-lantern romper. she can wear it like it is, or add black tights and long sleeve onesie for cold weather. and of course, she has a matching green ribbon in her hair for the "stem." it's extra big on her now since she'll undoubtedly grow some before then. i think she liked it!
