why?

i decided to create this blog with all my sewing and embroidery projects and other craft projects so that i could keep them separate from kate's blog. i can also direct people here if they are interested in having me create something for them. so far, i have gotten orders from a few people, just by them seeing kate in her precious dresses! i wish i could take credit for the pattern.

i am somewhat interested in starting a very small side business with sewing and embroidery. i know how to make a few things well enough that i can get away with selling them now. and once my embroidery machine gets here next week, i'll be in business (so to speak!)
