My name is Lauren and I am a full-time wife and mother. In my spare time, I make things and post about them here.
I learned how to sew a few years ago, when a sweet lady at my church taught me weekly lessons. When I first started, I didn't even know how to turn on my sewing machine! But within a few weeks, I was enjoying the fruits of my labor. Two sewing machines and an embroidery machine later, what began as a hobby grew into more of a small business as family and friends began to make "orders." I did this for a couple of years until my family began to grow. I don't have enough time in the current season of my life to take orders anymore, but I still enjoy sewing and making things as time allows. Thanks for visiting my blog!

Lauren, I can't tell you how much I love the Dora dress you made for Sammy!! I love the fabric choices. She will absolutely freak out (as much as a 2 year old can) when she sees that! What a talent you have!
