my new jacket

recently, i was inspired by my good friend, lisa, to venture into an unknown territory for me: adult clothing. she had made this adorable jacket, and i figured perhaps it was time for me to try one too! i figured i would try the same jacket so that if i had questions, i had someone who could answer them.

it's a simple fleece jacket with an assymetrical collar. the length of the jacket, as well as the sleeves, is adjustable. i chose 3/4 length sleeves and the length of the jacket falls just below the hip line. i added a cute flower pin to the jacket just below the collar.

so...i think my first attempt at adult clothing was a success, although it takes much less time to make baby clothes. i think i'll stick with what i know, but occasionally try something for myself.
